Stonegate Pub Company Limited (“Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom”) supplies digital gift cards (“eGift Cards”) to customers, together referred to herein as (“Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards”) which are issued by Stonegate Pub Company Limited, Address, (registered no Company Number), VAT Number – VAT Number and are supplied via Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom agent, Blackhawk Network (Europe) Limited registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD England (registered number 07956446), who operates this website.

Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards are redeemable at any Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom venue. No additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards.

If we are unable to accept your order, the system will inform you of this and will not charge you. This might be because of a suspicious transaction alert identified on our system or because we do not deliver Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards to your location.


Expiry of Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards
Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your Rights To End The Contract
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order for Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards, provided you are within the cooling off period. In the case of eGift Cards fourteen (14) days after the date that we confirm that we accept your order or

If you choose to receive your eGift Cards before expiry of the fourteen (14) day cooling off period, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose your right to end the contract once downloading of the digital content begins.


Returns
Subject to the cooling off period you may not return or cancel your Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards after they are received.

Lost or Stolen Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards
Please keep your Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards secure, as if they were cash. Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom is not responsible if the Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom reserves the right to cancel Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards, if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards will not be accepted.


Limitations
Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards can be spent on any products online or in store. Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

Unused Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Cards cannot be transferred, and orders cannot exceed £5000 per day.

- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Card emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that Rita's Beer Hall & Ballroom Gift Card emails are not considered spam.
